We have always felt a connection to doing things the "old fashion" way.  For me I like to know whats in my food, how it was grown, and the quality of life it had. When you look around our small farm you'll see this in our large gardens, pastured pigs, dairy goats, honey bees, and even the maple trees we use for syrup.
